When we get stressed our body goes into an automatic response known as flight or flight mode. If you are constantly running in this emergency mode it can have a negative impact on both your emotional and physical wellbeing. It makes it difficult to think clearly, function properly, and enjoy life. It may appear like there is nothing you can do to relieve tension. The bills will never stop arriving, there will never be enough hours in the day, and your job will never be done. However, effective stress management helps you break the hold stress has on your life, so you can be healthier, and more productive. The ultimate goal is lead a balanced life, with time for work, relationships, relaxation, and recreation. Join us on Sunday at 6pm as we discuss "Performing under Pressure- Managing Stress" .
